The publishing association and the Medento Multipurpose Health Center (hereinafter “Medento”) process, as part of their activities as data controller, your personal data, in accordance with the legislation in force.

Scope of application
This privacy policy applies (i) to all treatments carried out using this site by Medento and (ii) to treatments carried out by the Multidisciplinary Health Center as part of the management of the Medento Multipurpose Health Center.

Medento undertakes to process only personal data that is strictly necessary for the purposes for which they are collected and to keep them only for as long as is necessary for these purposes.

health professionals, health insurance organizations, insurance companies and mutual insurance companies;

The Medento Multipurpose Health Center and the Medento Multipurpose Health Center:
make their best efforts to ensure that the number of recipients remains as small as possible;
only provide their trusted partners with the information they strictly need in order to provide the service and they cannot use your personal data for other purposes in any way;
make their best efforts to ensure that these trusted partners maintain the security of the personal data of the persons concerned;
ensure that, when relationships with a trusted partner come to an end, that partner deletes the personal data of the persons concerned without delay;
select their trusted partners with great care, ensuring that they offer sufficient guarantees, in particular in terms of expertise, reliability and resources, to implement technical and organizational measures capable of meeting the requirements of the applicable legislation, in particular in terms of security;
ensure that these trusted partners only process personal data upon documented instructions;
ensure that their staff and that the staff of the trusted provider are committed to respecting the confidentiality of personal data or are subject to an appropriate legal obligation of confidentiality.
